The room we stayed in was well-maintained and had a super comfortable bed.

I asked for 3 adults and 2 children. Got a room with king size bed and sofa bed was a little tight for sleeping

The staff, the room was huge, the quality of breakfast was amazing.

Have the flexibility of checking in early or checking out late. The bed here is so cozy it feels like sleeping on a cloud. Room is tidy and has a nice little sitting spot. Comes with an iron and ironing board, plus a work desk for getting things done. 😊

Truly a very pleasant experience. Having the complimentary food for Happy Hour and Breakfast makes the stay even more convenient. I had just driven 8 hours in terrible weather so it was nice to arrive to my hotel and not have to leave again till the next day.

The cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect - quiet suburb with easy access to town and close to Louise Metro station. We loved being in the vibrant Louise area, surrounded by a plethora of bars and restaurants. The staff were outstanding, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

Rolling bed had poor mattress. It was painful. The springs were poking .

The rooms were nice, and the staff was very polite.

The breakfast was subpar. The oatmeal was not cooked and the fruit was old and slimy. The food setup looked impressive, but the attendant needed to be more careful about what she put out.

The location was handy and marvellous, close to shopping mall and the airport. My suite was well-kept and brand-new with a very comfortable bed. Excellent services were available.
